FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone who rides at Breezewood must understand our accident policy!

When someone crashes, we activate the nearest yellow light before the crash site. Riders must slow down and refrain from jumping until they see the accident. If the rider is on the ground and needs assistance, or if others are stopping to help, ALL RIDING ON THAT TRACK MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY! When a rider goes down and others stop to assist, staff, friends, and family may approach from all directions to help. These individuals may not be wearing gear or helmets, and WE DO NOT WANT THEM TO BE RUN OVER! Knowing the crash occurred at, for example, the Kawasaki Jump does not give you the right to hit any jumps afterward. Continuing to ride risks the safety of yourself and those responding. RIDING MUST NOT RESUME UNTIL ALL UNPROTECTED INDIVIDUALS ARE OFF THE TRACK AND THE CLOSED SIGNS ARE REMOVED.

Anyone who fails to follow this rule will be asked to leave immediately without a refund—no warnings! Please explain this to your children and read this entire policy twice.

Thank you for understanding the importance of this policy and for informing your friends.
